Working with the clientξWandel-Hoefer-Lorch and First Brokerage in Tbilisi to provide this minimal, highly crafted website and photography of the building. Pixel Center is the first internationally recognised Class A+ building and the first environmentally progressive working space in Tbilisi. Pixel Center has become a striking and visual landmark within Tbilisi and is considered as a monument to the growing success of the city. The building has a characteristic double-skinned facade, designed by German architects Wandel-Hoefer-Lorch, allows an energy efficient internal climate and enhance the working environment by buffering noise pollution whilst allowing natural ventilation.
